Retail Property Consultancy

Looking for assistance with the following: Acquisitions, Disposals, Rental, Buying, valuations. We can offer as much or as little support as you require.

Agent
We offer a simple, standard agent arrangement, whereby you contact us and give us your brief and we work with you to find the right retail property of your choice. We can also assist in helping you find residential property as well.

Temporary Consultant
We are able to come to your business location on a arrangement of 1 day – 2 days per week to work with you on either your acquisitions of disposals or even re-locations. This service is charged by the day and an initial contract of 2 months is as standard.

Fulltime Consultancy
Fulltime consultancy is almost the same as temporary expect the time spent with you is increased to a maximum of 4 per week from Monday to Thursday for a either 2 month, 3 month and 6 month contract.

Fulltime Property Manager Consultancy
This is the same arrangement as the above with the difference being that our consultant will also manage your team and work with them on what ever projects that you might have, again for the same contractual periods.

After a consultancy project comes to an end you may wish to re-engage us later to deal with any extra property portfolios that you have. We are always happy to come back and offer our help, so please don’t worry, you are in safe hands.
